How to view your Sessions Details in V.cloud

Viewing session details in V.cloud enables users to access all the information you need to know about your session.

    This article includes the following topics:

  • Accessing and viewing session details in V.cloud.

1) Log in V.connct dashboard.

- Click on your name and select "V.cloud"

2) Click on the "Meetings" tab in the left-hand sidebar.
3) Select the Sessions Tab.

4) View Session Table:

5) Click on “View Details” 

On this page, you’ll be able to view: 1) Meeting Overview
  • Duration: Total length of the meeting (e.g., 1h 30m).

  • Participants: Number of attendees who joined the session (e.g., 12).

  • Recording: Number of recorded events during the meeting (e.g., 6 events).

  • Speech Service: Total duration of speech-to-text service usage in seconds (e.g., 108 sec).

  • Start Time: The exact time when the meeting started (e.g., 10:00 AM).

  • End Time: The exact time when the meeting ended (e.g., 11:30 AM).

  • Whiteboard: Number of files created using the whiteboard feature (e.g., 1 file).

  • Polls: Total number of polls conducted during the session (e.g., 2).


2) Credit Usage
  • Total Credit Used: The total number of credits consumed for the meeting session (e.g., 150 credits).

  • Show More Details: A button that expands to reveal further insights into how credits were utilized across different meeting features.


3) Participants List

  • Name of each participant.

  • Join and Leave Times: When each participant entered and exited the session.

  • Mic Toggles: Number of times the participant toggled their microphone on/off.

  • Talk Duration: Total time the participant spoke during the session.

  • Screen Share: Number of times screen sharing was initiated.

  • Whiteboard: Total annotations made on the whiteboard.

  • Public Chat: Number of messages sent by the participant in the public chat.

  • Hand Raise: Number of times hand raise was initiated.

Note: To download a report of the session details, click the Export CSV button in the top-right corner of the screen.
