How to Manage Meeting Recordings in V.cloud

Managing meeting recordings in V.cloud enables users to access, search, filter, and perform various actions on recorded meetings.

This guide provides detailed instructions for navigating the recordings tab, viewing recording details, downloading, and deleting recordings.

Roles: Users who have access (Owners).

1) Log in V.connct dashboard

- Click on your name and select "V.cloud"

2) Click on the "Meetings" tab in the left-hand sidebar.
3) Select the Recordings Tab.
4) View Recorded Meetings:
A table of recorded meetings will be displayed with the following columns:
a) Meeting ID: Unique identifier for each meeting.
b) Date: Date and time when the meeting was recorded.
c) Recording URL: Direct link to access or download the recorded meeting.
d) Actions: Multiple options that enable the user to manage the recording.
5) Use the search bar at the top of the table to search for a recording using the meeting ID.

How to Download a Recorded Session
Download a Recording:
1) Locate the Recording:
    • Find the recording in the table you wish to download.

2) Download the Recording:
    • Click on the "Download" button in the Action column. The recording will be downloaded to your device.

3) The recording will begin downloading here. 


How to Delete a Recorded Session
Delete a Recording:
1) Locate the Recording:
    • Find the recording in the table you wish to delete.

2) Delete the Recording:
    • Click on the "Delete" button in the Action column.
