- While in a meeting, open the Participants Panel.

- After opening the Participants Panel, click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the name of the participant you want to manage, whether it's a Host, Moderator, Presenter, Attendee or even yourself, to reveal the presenter controls available for that specific role.

Similar to Moderators, Presenters have very limited permissions when interacting with the Host:
- Open Private Chat – Start a private conversation with the Host.

Presenters have minimal interaction with Moderators. Available action:
- Open Private Chat – Send them a direct message.

When interacting with another Presenter, the following options are available:
- Open Private Chat – Initiate private messaging.

Presenters can interact with Attendees in a limited way:
- Open Private Chat – Start a one-on-one chat with the participant.
