How to start a Poll in V.connct 3

To know the opinions of participants within the meeting or to examine them, there is the option to create polls.

You can easily create a poll by following these steps:

1) Click on “User’s List” icon.

2) Click on “Polls” located next to the "Participants" tab.

3) Click on the "Create new Poll" button located at the bottom.

4) A dialog box will then appear where you can add which questions and answer options you want.

5) Click on "Create poll" after creating your questions and answers options.

Once the participants finish voting, you can finish the poll and publish the results:

1) The moderator will go to the "Polls" tab.

2) You will identify the survey you created and select "View details".

3) Then, you will click on "End poll" to be able to finish the survey.

4) Next, a button will be displayed that will say "Publish result", if you select it, the results will be shared in the public chat, otherwise they will not appear in the chat.

Swipe up for the meeting’s settings to appear:

1) Click on “Polls”.

2) Click on the "Create new Poll" button located at the bottom.

3) A dialog box will then appear where you can add which questions and answer options you want.

4) Click on "Create poll" after creating your questions and answers options.

Note: The mobile steps are also applicable on the desktop app.
