Manage layout in V.connct Classroom

In the layout options, you can customize your meeting view to suit your preferences and enhance your overall meeting experience.

If you are a "User" in the meeting:
1- Click on the “Three dots” at the top right of the screen.
2- Select “Manage layout”.
1- Click on the “Actions” Button.
2- Select “Manage layout”.
When you click on the action "Manage layout":
A pop-up window will appear with 4 options: “Custom layout”, “Smart layout”, “Focus on presentation”, and “Focus on video”.
1- Custom layout
Custom layout: This option allows you to have full control over the placement of webcams and their relative size in the presentation.
2- Smart layout
Smart layout: With this option, the platform automatically adjusts and moves webcams for you. It takes care of arranging the layout to provide the best viewing experience.
3- Focus on presentation
Focus on presentation: This option moves the webcams below the public chat menu to maximize the size of the presentation area. It allows you to focus more on the content being presented.
4- Grid layout
Grid layout: Choosing this option maximizes the size of the webcams and moves the presentation content below the public chat. It prioritizes video feeds and provides a larger view of participants' webcams.
Once you have selected your preferred layout option, you can click on the "Confirm" button to save the changes.
Note:
1- Update everyone: is an option that are only available to the moderator which he can set the layout that he select to all the participants.

Open V.connct Meet app, start or join a meeting.
