Cookies not found message/ I can't sign in V.connct?

If you can't sign in V.connct website or application, or when you try to verify your email a message with "Cookiesnotfound" appear, you need to follow the following steps: 

1. Open your browser "Chrome, Explorer, etc." 
2. Then click on the "Three dots" at the top right of the phone. 
3. Select "Settings" from the drop menu.
4. Then select "Site setting".
5. Click on "Third party cookies".
6. Then select "Allow third-party cookies"
7. If the problem was not fixed with the previous steps, you can reach out to our support.
