Choosing the Suitable Package and managing your Subscription

V.connct offers a range of plans to suit any need. This guide will help you navigate the different packages, helping you pick the perfect one for you.

 - Go to V.connct website and sign in.

-Then click on "Pricing".

Note: You can choose between Business and Developer Packages.

-You can select the plan that are suitable for your needs.

1- The free package: It is activated when you log in to V.connct. “You cannot register on it or create more than one room.”

2- Custom package: You can build your own package and specify the number of rooms and people in it.

3- Individual package: A fixed package with more features than the free one.

When choosing your package.

-You will be directed to the "Checkout page", where you can edit and add a "Promo Code" if you have any.

-Then select "Continue" 

- Select the payment method that you prefer.

In case you’re paying in Egyptian Pounds, 3 options will appear: 

a) Credit card: Fill in the needed information and click on “Pay (number)” .
b) Pay with Code: Your order number will appear to pay with.
c) Smart Wallets: Enter your phone number then click on “Pay now” .

In case you’re paying in USD ,only 1 option will appear: 

1) After clicking on continue, this page will appear.

2) Enter the card details here, then click on “Pay (number) USD”
Note: In case your payment was successful, this notification will appear. 
Note: In case your payment was unsuccessful, this notification will appear. 

[Mobile]

If you’re a first time user: 

1) After logging into the app, click on “Start Free Trial” located at the top of the screen.
2) This screen will appear, click on “Try free for 14 days” .

3) This notification will appear confirming that your free trial has started.

To upgrade into a paid package:

1st way: 

1) Click on the “Upgrade” button located at the top of the screen.

2) The package details will appear here.

Note: Only the individual package is available on the mobile app.
3) Choose between annual or monthly.
4) Click on “Buy Now” .

2nd way: 

1) Click on the three charts on the left at the top of the application interface.

2) Click on “My Subscription” .
3) Click on “Upgrade Plan” .

4) The package details will appear here.

Note: Only the individual package is available on the mobile app.
5) Choose between annual or monthly.
6) Click on “Buy Now” .

In case you’re paying in Egyptian Pounds, 3 options will appear:

To cancel your subscription: 

1) Click on the three charts on the left at the top of the application interface.

2) Click on “My Subscription” .
3) Click on “Manage Subscription” .
4) Then click on “Cancel Subscription” .
5) This notification will appear, click on “confirm” .

Note: The website steps are not applicable on the desktop app.
