- While in a meeting, click on the Participants Panel icon.

- After opening the Participants Panel, click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the name of the participant you want to manage, whether it's a Host, Moderator, Presenter, Attendee, or even yourself, to reveal the attendees controls available for that specific role.

Attendees have very limited interaction with the Host. The only available option is:
- Open Private Chat – Send the Host a private message.

Just like with Hosts, Attendees can interact with Moderators only through:
- Open Private Chat – Start a one-on-one conversation.

Attendees can interact with Presenters using:
- Open Private Chat – For direct, private communication.

When it comes to fellow Attendees, the available interaction is also limited to:
- Open Private Chat – Engage privately with another participant.
