How to manage your Room on Desktop in V.connct 3

This guide will show you how to manage your room on the V.connct 3 desktop application. You will learn how to create new rooms, manage links, and customize room settings to fit your needs.
Note: To create another room you need to have a “Custom or individual” package which include more than one room.

Room Settings
- Navigate to the “Room management” icon at the left panel.

To create a new room:
1) Click on the “+” button located at the top right ofthe screen.

2) Enter the Room’s title & description and set the default room type, then click on “Create”.

To copy the attendee and moderator links, click on this buttons:
a) Moderator Link
b) Attendee Link

3) When you click on the “three dots” located under the action tab, 3 options will appear:

a) Regenerate Room Links
As you click on “Regenerate Room Links”, this notification will appear, click on “Confirm & Regenerate” to confirm the action.

b) Edit Room Details
As you click on “Edit Room Details”, you’ll be able to edit the Room title & description as well as manage the general settings of the room, then click on “Save”.

c) Room Settings
1) As you click on Room settings, this list will appear.

a)Access settings:
- Waiting Room: Pre-meeting waiting area for participants.
- Early Participant Access: Join meetings anytime, pre/post-start.

b)Participant Settings:
- Private Chat with Participants: Private messaging for participants.
- Public chat: Public messaging for all participants.
- User list visibility: View names in the participant user list.

c)Recording Settings:
- Cloud Recording: Cloud recording for the moderator.
- Auto Cloud Recording: Automatically record all Classes on the Cloud.

d)Audio Settings:
- Mute Participants upon Entry: Automatically mute participants except for moderators.
- Mic Sharing: When turned off, participants cannot share their microphones.

e)Video Settings:
- Camera Access:Controls camera accessibility within the room.
- See Other Participants Videos: View shared videos from all participants.

- Click on “Save changes” to save your room setting.
